Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 27, 2025

Welcome to Solace Sunrise Concrete. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Solace Sunrise Concrete provides professional concrete construction services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, decorative concrete, and commercial flatwork. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Service estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes.

2. Project Agreements

All projects require a written contract signed by both parties. The contract will specify the scope of work, materials to be used, project timeline, payment terms, and any warranties provided.

Changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Florida law. Failure to make timely payments may result in a lien being placed on the property.

4. Permits and Regulations

Solace Sunrise Concrete will obtain necessary permits for work as required by local building codes. The cost of permits may be included in your project estimate or billed separately as specified in your contract.

Clients are responsible for ensuring property access and for notifying us of any underground utilities, easements, or property restrictions that may affect the project.

5. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms will be specified in your project contract and typically cover defects in workmanship for a specified period from project completion.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settlement, freeze-thaw cycles, or other conditions beyond our control.

6. Liability and Insurance

Solace Sunrise Concrete maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed.

Our liability is limited to the contract price of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

7. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed, materials ordered, and scheduling commitments made.

Weather-related delays are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for contract cancellation without applicable fees.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the information provided.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offense.

10. Changes to Terms
